Below, my feedback to SIA Cargo (On senerio basis)

Dear Sir/Mdm,

On the 14 Sept, 3.25pm, I have rang up your office to check on a package which was supposed to arrive last week.Since I can't get through the import line for at least 10mins, I decided to call up the sales/admin line of 6541 6293.A lady who did not greet actually mumbled through the phone "YES!?"I was explaining to her about my shipping details when she actually gave a loud smirk, laughter and raised her voice saying "Why you ask me?!"Patiently, I told her the reason why I dialed this line because after all,I believed the sales department should be able to help. Without even waiting for me to finish, she practically slurred three other hotlines in a rude tone for me to dial. I was surprised and told her to repeat herselfand she gave a loud impatient sigh and repeated herself unwillingly in an even more disturbed tone. This is the first time which I actually use Singapore Airlines Cargo and to me, the prestige name itself has always gave me an idea of how professional the company is, in terms of its products and services and people.I was entirely disappointed that the staff by the name of BEE HUA had actually ruined the image of the company and its services. Even if I have dialed the wrong extension, I do not think that we should be treated in this manner and since it is also a SALES department, it should even be better.I am writing to suggest that I hope this could be improved especially in upholding the image and customer service of an established company dealing with not just local but foreigners as well. In addition, the campaigns held recently have also been urging on customer services.

Yours SincerelyCyndee

Followings are their reply. Im pretty glad. Just that i forgotten to add that I have tried using the online tracking before i called up...

Feedback received from SIA Cargo:
CGOFeedback@singaporeair.com.sg

Dear Ms Cyndee Koh,
Please accept our apology for our service failure when you made a phone enquiry about your cargo status. We take our customers seriously and are looking into this matter. We are sorry that our main Sales hotline 65416666was busy. However to serve our customers better, we have a webtrack function at our website, http://www.siacargo.com/ where our valued customers, like you can track the status of the cargo using the Airway bill number.I hope your package has arrived and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Kind Regards

Last Saturday was a Special Day for me> SUPERSTAR!

Tried sleeping @ 11pm…Toss & Turn..couldn’t sleep.Too excited!
Fell asleep @ abt 1am, woke up @ 3am.
Gave Elaine a morning call, & she was good enough to get ready by 4am.
The 3 of us head to TPY, checking the Q out…
3 lanes, which I think not too bad.
Saw a lot of funny people, with Unique Attire.
A lot of friends were there to Q with them. It was really sweet…
Elaine made 2 bottles of Honey Drink for me, she even brought a mini foldable stool, just enuf for my mini xiao pi pi.. Aw…. THANKS Dear!
Ye bought breakfast for me, we played Nintendo, gossips etc.

9am, started registration, Q no 3172>72th contestant (should have bought iBet, would have strike)
Kenneth came, with his mum & sis. I felt so warmed to see the Million $$ smile on his mum & sis face. I told myself I have to do my best!

We were brought to another side of TPY, where all the audition rooms are.
The 3 of them followed me all the way..
Ev’ min I kept changing my choice of song. (Wrong move)
Waited till abt 12pm, I was brought to another waiting area, consist of 10 seats.
We can start warming up our voice…

OK, its my turn! I went in. I saw 2 large cameras, lotsa lightings & 3 judges who are CREW of mediacorp.I Intro myself & I started singing.
I sang Cai Cun Jia’s you yi tian wo hui. After singing I realize my voice CMI.
The male judge (Alan Wu look alike) said the song doesn’t suit me, he gave me a 2nd chance! My mind was blank. & I chose Ah Mei’s wo yao kuai le.
Worse of all, after singing ½ of the chorus, I forgetten my lyrics! I paused & that moment I think I ruin my own One & Only Last chance.
Red light was on, out I go. I left, behind me was lotsa contestants waiting for their chance. Went over to Ye,Kenneth & Elaine. They were very encouraging. I have no regrets, only disappointed with myself for being so indecisive on the choice of song

Good experience, it will be in my memory & of course I will not give up singing as long as I still have my voice & vocal! :P

Steve Irwin, the khaki-clad wildlife stalker who won global fame with his televised death-defying crocodile stunts and whose booming voice made “Crikey!” in a ripe Australian accent an international catchword, was killed by a stingray yesterday while filming a documentary at the Great Barrier Reef off Australia’s northeast coast. He was 44.
Witnesses said he apparently died of cardiac arrest after the stingray attack.
Mr. Irwin was on location in the area to film television segments, including material for “The Ocean’s Deadliest.” Witnesses on his boat, Croc One, and on a nearby diving vessel said that when he came close to a stingray, its barb pierced his chest and lodged in his heart.
In an interview with reporters in Australia, Prime Minister
John Howard termed the death “a huge loss to Australia,” and called Mr. Irwin “a wonderful character.”
“He was a passionate environmentalist,” Mr. Howard added.
Mr. Irvin’s television shows, including “The Crocodile Hunter,” were seen in more than 100 countries on cable television, and he was an ebullient staple of American talk shows ranging from “The Tonight Show With
Jay Leno” to “Live With Regis and Kelly.” He customarily appeared in his trademark hiking boots and khaki shorts and shirt, commenting volubly on animal conservation and showing clips of his fearless exploits, which included leaping on the backs of crocodiles, wrestling with boas and mastering poisonous snakes and spiders.
Dr. Leo Smith, an expert on venomous fishes in the department of ichthyology at the
American Museum of Natural History in Manhattan, said that although Mr. Irwin had no scientific degree and some scientists criticized his theatrics and hyperbole, “he could be considered a biologist rather than just a television personality.”
“He was knowledgeable and seemed to care passionately about wildlife,” Dr. Smith said. “He took a very outgoing approach that made people less fearful of sharks and other mean things out there.”
Mr. Irwin’s death, he said, “is depressing because the last thing you want is for the guy who says things are safe to be killed.”

Dear Sirs,

Account Number K 1233 > Invoice 18-10164

On 4th July, I placed an order - VDX3 (2 roses, 1 box of chocolate and 2 bears) thru phone for my colleague's birthday . I have requested the delivery date to be on 7th July, before 11am as we need to attend meeting afterwhich. However, we were deeply disappointed by the service provided .

Firstly, your staff called on Thurs to confirm my order. I requested to change the color of my rose to light pink. Your staff (didn't get her name) subsequently asked me what color do i want for the 2 heart shape display. According to my memory, the order does not come with 2 'heart shape'. My presumption is that it is complimentary. However, to my dismal, after an exchange of lengthy unnecessary questions, she told me that she has only red when I preferred purple.

2) On the fateful day, your staff assured me that the delivery will arrived before 11am when I called to remind her in the morning. But, at 10.55am, we have yet to receive the order. So i called again & she told me approximately will take another 10 minutes. We were all held up for the meeting since your delivery man only arrived at 11.20am.

3) It shocked all of us as the delivered item was VDA3X instead of VDX3! I had to call your supervisor for clarification and we were not prepared to accept the wrong item. Your unfriendly and rude supervisor put me on hold many times when I proposed to pay $15 or reject the offer. She finally replied 'ok' in a very rude tone and she slammed her phone without even bother to say good bye or apologise for the mistake.

The poor customer service and attitude left me with a deep impression for Hazel Florist. Your staff did not handle the situation well and did not offer any solutions when problem arises.
I hope you will look into this matter and inculcate good customer service to your respective staff in order to live up to the company's reputation. In the meantime, I think I should deserve an apology reply from the company, at least.

Your disappointed customer,
Kyann

Dear Linda Wong ,

Since you are supposedly the Manager, Business Division of Hazel Division,
you should sound at least more than sincere with your apologise which happened to the POOR customer.
With such poor manner that you and your staffs treated the customer and the way the complaint is handled simply
makes you and company less unprofessional and more than just ugly. I certainly will not advise anyone to even think about using your service, let alone patronise your shop.
Perhaps you should read up more on the SMILE campaign, which the government is promoting now with regards to the customer service in Singapore.
Fyi, you can visit
http://www.smiles2006.com/ or http://app.singapore2006.org/sections/media/release_folder/getnews.asp?id=481&sid=2
to learn and teach your staffs about servicing with a smile.
Appreciate that you do not give such attitude anymore not only to us but the tourists and create more sad cases.

Cindy

YOU"LL BE SHock to see her last reply!
1 Sentence, THATS IT!

Noted your email.

Thanks

Im glad.

Im glad.
Im glad its over with the department re-structuring bcuz the news is,
im still having the same oLd boss Jo! Praise the Lord!
Gone is my big tall pinky cubicle which is situated at the outskirt of the building.
Super quiet, very good. Thanks for the good one year stay.
Hello to the small cubicle in the west area of the building. Super noisy kind.
Byebye to the independant HouseBrand department and Hello
to Business Group 2. A merger could be for the better bcuz it simply gives
everyone more things to do. Im gonna handle more than juz housebrands now...(great.)

Im glad.
Im glad God answers to our prayers. that 3 of us will still work together despite the merger.
Thank you and love u.

Im glad.
Im glad i finally sent my car to a good wash today bcuz the dirt are good enough to attract flies in.

Im glad.
Im glad my school is re-starting on the 1st of Aug. Which means im gonna be busy busy like crazy again. Which also means that having school or not, this particular holiday is simply not being treasured by someone.

So much for a busy day at Lippo Centre and then the shift back in office.
At least the good news today keeps me convinced that there is still hope in the world.

Ciaoz.

"Lord, I thank you humbly for all these loving family, friends & colleagues

and bless them with much joy, hope and peace, so that they can continue

And oh Lord, may I take this chance to ask for your grace with regards to the bad news we received at work today. We are quite unsure of the changes that

that we may continue working together in Peace & Love so that even our
smallest accomplishment may bring you glory...Lord if there should really be any changes, which I really hope not, bring peace and hope to everybody that would be affected. Let the changes be something that would bring even better prospect and joy to everyone. But I still pray that no changes would be made… (Most importantly, change the -person’s- mind please thank you, give him something else busy to do. As in really busy kind.)

Tribute to deaR oLd RonaLdo and his team...

I am speechless with the distance of it.
Words stretched out across the plains do not
thread together easily it is too far to go
between the hedges to get sense. Really,
the act of leaving defies all reasoning.
The subtlety of it is contained in each step
taken towards the doorway in the packing
and sealing of boxes in the suitcases the
empty walls.

IM happy like Shit.

Goal of the Day Ronaldo: Brazil 4-1
Not for the first time, the form and fighting weight of Ronaldo were a source of much debate as a FIFA World Cup got under way. With no goals and a couple of ineffective performances behind him the pressure was building going into this game.
The medics insist that their star forward is just about spot on for his height and certainly he looked a lot sharper tonight as
Brazil composed some enchanting rythms to overturn Japan's surprise early goal. Ronaldo headed the equaliser to move past Pele as Brazil's leading scorer in FIFA World Cups. Then following a lovely one-two he made it 4-1 with deadly accuracy to draw level with Gerd Muller as the leading FIFA World Cup marksman of all time on 14.
There were other eye-catching goals in the second half from two of Carlos Alberto Parreira’s five replacements - Juninho Pernambucano and Gilberto. Brazil’s place in the next phase was already assured but Japan's defeat ensured there would be no repeat of 2002 when they reached the Round of 16. Which left second place in Group F to the winners of Croatia and Australia in Stuttgart.

You're a classic - powerful, athletic, and competitive. You're all about winning the race and getting the job done. While you have a practical everyday side, you get wild when anyone pushes your pedal. You hate to lose, but you hardly ever do.
